Independent record label. This page covers the legal terms for the internal tools we use to manage and publish content for our artists' social media accounts (including our TikTok integration).

Terms of Service

These terms govern the internal software ("the App") operated by Abundance Records to schedule and publish promotional content to social media accounts belonging to Abundance Records and its represented artists.

• The App is used solely by Abundance Records staff to manage its own artists' accounts.
• All content published via the App is original promotional material owned or licensed by Abundance Records.
• The App connects to third-party platforms (including TikTok) only via each platform's official API, using accounts that have explicitly authorized the connection.
• We do not offer the App as a public product or service to third parties.

Privacy Policy

The App processes the minimum data necessary to schedule and publish content on behalf of connected accounts:

• Data we handle: OAuth access tokens for connected social accounts, post content (captions, media files), and posting schedules/status.
• Data we do not collect: we do not collect data about end viewers of published content, and we do not sell or share any data with third parties for advertising purposes.
• Storage: data is stored on infrastructure operated by Abundance Records and is used only to operate the posting/scheduling functionality.
• Revoking access: any connected account can revoke the App's access at any time via that platform's own settings (e.g. TikTok's connected-apps settings).
